Bring a Mat (optional) Water (NEVER optional) and $5
Bring a Friend, (because they will never believe you did what you did and you’ll need a witness)
PiYo tip #1: We are in plank sometimes. This is YOUR workout, if you don’t feel like going from plank to single leg down dog? Don’t. Stay in plank. If you feel like being on your knees in plank – do it!
PiYo tip #2: If there is a section that maybe moves too fast, slow it down. This is YOUR workout. Want to skip a move so that you can get your footing right? You know the answer.. just do it. I’d rather you stand firm in how strong and gorgeous you feel moving to this amazing music than try to hit every second perfectly. Perfect doesn’t exist – it’s what makes you beautiful.
PiYo tip #3: Come BACK next week. We’ll repeat the same choreography for a few weeks so that you can OWN your STUFF! You’re going to actually be able to gauge and FEEL your progress. Oh, and friend… there WILL be progress! I’m living proof.
