Mt. Hood Hospice is a non-profit, free-standing, community hospice providing compassionate care and bereavement support to families in Clackamas and East Multnomah counties since 1980. We boast an amazing team that offers a holistic approach to patient centered care for terminally ill patients and their loved ones regardless of their ability to pay. Our low nurse-to-patient ratio allows our nurses to offer more personalized, consistent and one-on-one care to patients in the last months of life. The bereavement team offers support for loved ones for 13 months and hosts free grief and caregiver support groups to anyone in the community. Mt.
